“Urban Crossroads of the John Frick Band
Is a great addition to the Dutch
Blues scene”  (Bluesmagazine.nl)

Great reviews for the new “K.02 Sessions” album!

Blues Missionary

John Frick Band,

The John Frick Band has grown into a 5-piece band with the addition of Tommy M. on saxophone. Tommy previously collaborated with us on our album, “Urban Crossroads”, released by Blueshine Records in February 2014. The new album has been recorded en is out now. The presentation was during the afterparty of Zoetermeer Blues at 1892 Eten & Drinken in Zoetermeer, June 6, 2015.

We now also have something tailor-made for lovers of the more ‘rough and ready’ traditional and classic blues tunes, called True Blue. With this project we look back at the glory days of the blues rather than looking ahead and pursuing the next new thing.

Bookings for both bands can be done via the John Frick Band Facebook page and this website.

If rockabilly and old-style rock and roll is more your thing, check out our other project, The Codray Brothers: www.facebook.com/CodrayBrothers
